Hi dear   today we are discos about html   that means hyper text markup language.   if you can't reading my fist post about HTML History you can read now . that is a one type of web page design tutorial basic part.  

HTML is not a programing language this is a one type of mark up language you can make format a basic designing with HTML. this is web designing A.B.C.D Education But it is most impotent  web designing

At fist you need a editor you can use any type editor EX- Notepad /Notepad++/dream waver Etc.    
we can use notepad++ , it is better notepad
